According to Haniyeh himself, the only condition as part of the 'Deal of the century" for Gazans to get blockade lifted, a seaport, an airport and $15 Billion economic package - was to disarm.

They refused. The PA also refused the deal because it would cause a "split". The PA basically refuse all deals that doesn't go directly through them (even Coronavirus aid from UAE )

Hamas asked Israel to build an airport or sea port in the Gaza Strip during the last round of discussions between the two, but was refused after Arab officials and Palestinian Authority officials told Israel that such a move would cause a split between the West Bank and Gaza, said Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, according to KAN news.

Haniyeh claimed as well that Hamas was offered economic aid worth $15 billion, including an airport and sea port as part of the Deal of the Century peace plan. Hamas refused the offer as the aid would only be given on condition that the terror group disarm.

Imagine refusing this deal  it just shows this has nothing to do with getting a separate state or two states. Hamas needs this conflict to keep going otherwise their reason for existing gets called into question and the PA need the conflict to keep going because they make more $$$ in the longrun from its continuation than any economic package.

What's wrong here? Both Palestinian groups are following wishes of their people by not accepting Zionist deal.

There is way of resolution given in UNSC resolution, vacate occupied territories and stop building illegal settlements instead of worrying about how Palestinians group will fill their pockets.

.
If they accept the deal, Gaza people will get 15 billion $.

If they refuse, Hamas bosses will get from Iran 1.5 billion $.

The choice is obvious.

This $15 will also go through PLO and Hamas in case if they accept.

It is obvious. For the terrorist Zionist state, receiving more cash from the US than Hamas ever can hope for from Iran, to abide by UN resolutions and implement the original two-state solution. Just like Israel, the Palestinians will then become a sovereign state that can pursue a modernized military and perhaps even nuclear power.

Since Israel is all about justice and fairness, I look fwd to your govt implementing the above.

Yes and what happens once they've disarmed? Would the aid providers rearm them incase they need to defend themselves again?

Giving up their arms in return for temporary fixes would be stupid.

It's not a "temporary fix". It was a full lifting of blockade, an airport and seaport built and massive aid package. Basically enough to turn them into a Dubai within a few years. Then all the European companies would flood in.

All in exchange for giving up rockets, and Hamas say NO.

Do you also believe in Santa?

This deal is basically one of those scams that goes like "Congratulations, you have won 10 000 000 $, to collect your prize, all you need to do, is to deposit 1 000 $"

OK. China would like to pay Trump for 15 billions to get Alaska and Hawaii. may be 150 billions.

Bro, you know well the problem isn't investment or airports. Had that been the case the Arabs had plenty to spare. You know the Palestinians haven't been fighting for "an airport, a seaport and a massive aid package".

The way I see it is simple, the Palestinians were able to survive the sole superpower supporting Israel fully. That superpower is in clear decline and it is retreating from around the world.

Challengers and alternatives have emerged. Challengers who do not care much about who God promised the holy land to. They will calculate based on their self interest.

The Arab and the Muslim world vs the Israel. Which side has the larger market and potential to benefit China, the Israelis or the Arabs?

The Israelis will likely remain the easy scapegoat for many issues and a player like China would easily be able to make inroads into the 'hearts and minds' of the Muslim world by exploiting that point.

Anyways, I think anyone with any foresight realises that the times are a changing. They just have to hold out a bit longers.
