There shall be NO doubt in any one's mind that the military life, turbo hormones, and all the lineage from the west does have it's impact.
The military life does tend to be "colourful" for some.

There indeed is the WWW factor, however it is kept under strict regulation and control.

However IF it is as colourful as Mr. (viagra no good for me) Mir is suggesting, than there is no proof of Islamic/****** generals in PA ?

Secondly, Politicians live a far worst life, why has Mr Mir not raised a finger, nor has he posted anything in this regard ?
