What do you mean like before? Hamas is stronger than it has always been at this point and have over 300 medium range rockets now. They produce them.

Islamic Jihad also produces 107mm rockets with 150 a working night they produce underground.

Manpads can disrupt flight missions but not by much. They have better weapons but didn't use them in the skirmish.

Another captured solider or pilot would have been a huge headache and led to a prolonged war. Or Israel would have just killed their own solider before he got into their hands.

That's their new policy.

LOL! I just noticed your last part. Are you crazy how are they going to get a SAM into Gaza? Did you think they have military contracts with Russian? They smuggle their weapons in through tunnels and most of it is from the black market.
