2. India has now very good knowledge on Dry Thrust technology production where India lacks is the Crystal Blade technology required for Wet Thrust.

SCB technology is only required in turbine blades .Wet thrust are generated by AB which do not contain any compressor/turbine blades hence no SC blades.
