The present system is fooling no one Sir. No one.
I do not think it makes any difference really. Official or not western powers always find something to cribb about Pakistan. Everything is fine and dandy if there is full time Military running the show in Egypt. I think we should just think about our own interests, play to our strengths and wait for a time when politicians will have some 'Qaumi Gherat' or semblance of statesmanship.

Sir, that is precisely why Pakistan must evolve its own system, not blindly following Western style democracy, or banana republic style dictatorship. It need not be binary, when a hybrid system might work the best, but it must be be backed Constitutionally, following due and legal process.

General Sharif is loved because his family has bled for Pakistan in 2 wars & he has shown everyone what an Army is really capable of. Hats off to him, I don't want him to accept another term.
You're right, i agree on the point that he shouldn't get a second term. It will be good to see a great hero like him retire honorably.
