Hafiz Saeed vows jihad against India will continue

 First read the UN status of Kashmir.... and then post.....

If you already readed than tell me where is that book or link in which UN said that kashmir is a disputed terrirtory and balochistan and tibet is independent terrirtory

This conference sends a pretty stern and bold message that despite Pakistan's weaknesses in facing threats from East n Western borders, they are groups n people ready to fight for the sovereignty and dignity of the nation. Which i think is a positive development. Hafiz Saeed talked about Kashmiri freedom so its obvious Indians are not gonna like him.

Look what he is talking about, shoot the message not the messenger.

You are missing the point of how a UN designated terrorist is able to roam freely in Pakistan and hob nob with the Pakistani political system. His doing that does not have any impact on India as his hatered for India and his actions against India are taken for granted.. It does however reflects on Pakistan and reinforces the perception of Pakistan that most of the western world and India carry..

Actually, every time he does this, Strategists in India probably cheer.. :D

His entire goal is to free Kashmir, since India has proven.... that despite being a "shining democracy"... they are still refusing to let the Kashmiris have the referendum that was promised to them.
the referendum will happen when pakistan withdraws from its illegal occupation of Kashmir. till then ; you chinis and your taller - deeper friend can keep cryin

The status of Jammu and Kashmir has been in dispute between India and Pakistan since their independence in 1947. In bringing it to the U.N., India declared that it would abide by the verdict of the people of the territory on whether they would accede to India or to Pakistan. The U.N. set up a commission which negotiated with both parties and obtained their written acceptance of a peace plan consisting of (a) cease*fire (b) demilitarization of the State and (c) a plebiscite under the control of a U.N. -appointed Administrator. The cease*fire took effect accordingly but the demilitarization process, which would mean a synchronized withdrawal of the forces of the two sides, was obstructed when India did not accept any of the various plans submitted by successive U.N. Representatives.

The stalemate would not have persisted if, under cold-war conditions, India had not obtained the support of the Soviet Union.

The United Nations considers Kashmir a "disputed territory."
The state is located between India and Pakistan. Since the end of colonial rule and British withdrawal, India and Pakistan have exercised control over parts of the state. In 1948, and again in 1949, the United Nations examined the region's status and passed two resolutions: Kashmir's final status was to be determined by a national plebiscite, a position that was supported by both India and Pakistan as well as by Canada.

Calling Kashmir as "integral part" of its territory, India summarily and illegally annexed that portion of the region then under its control. Pakistan continued to hold its portion "in trust." The status of "disputed territory" for Kashmir is still maintained today by the United Nations

Did you even read the first sentence of the article?

This is not the question of democracy or communism, but the question of territorial integrity. Anyway, now a days, you people are acting as saviours of the world by being champions of downtrodden and against the so called west imperialism. Why not give an example by starting at home by giving independence to Tibet. Poor people they don't even have a land that they call their own.

Preach something that you follow

Yes, when Pakistan really cares about UN resolution, then why this man Hafeez Said is roaming free. UNSC has banned Jamaat Ul Dawah. Where is Pakistan's respect for UN resolution with regards to UNSC Banned Jamaat Ul Dawah.

Will you justify if Buddhist of all over India and world will start holy war against china like this and start killing chinese and tibetian?
BTW. About referendum. Why not you give a exmple to world by referending in Tibet and ask pakistan to do same thing balochistan. If you do that I will assure you that india will follow you and If you ask will do in arunachal, sikkim and people of india to choose democracy or communism to make maoist happy. What you say?

Balochistan is a non-issue. There is no separatist movement there.

Pakistani thinking accords the status of freedom fighters, to terrorists attacking Indian state in J&K.. Considering people like Jinnah were also called freedom fighters, I am amazed on how Pakistanis can put Jinnah and someone like Hafiz Saeed in the same category

the UN resolution about Kashmir says this ;

to solve the Kashmir dispute; pakistan should withdraw entirely from Kashmir and India will withdraw its troops to a minimum level required for maintaining law and order.

meaning India will not have to withdraw entirely from Kashmir and plebiscite will be done under India's observations.

How many of you, including Mr. Hafeez, knows what Jihad means?

Buddy please tell me when Pakistan is the great follower of UN resolution then why is it acting like a Defaulter when It comes to Hafeez Said and Jamaat Ul Dawah. Jamaat Ul Dawah is banned by UN Security council then why this man is still roaming free and Jamaat Ul Dawah free to do collect donations when Pakistan respects UN resolution too much.
