I am comparing apples with apples.
On both sides, the prosecution knowingly did not dig beyond the safe limits defined by political expediency. All this special pleading that Hafiz Sayed had done nothing wrong in Pakistan under Pakistani law would sink under its own weight if his alleged involvement with the sponsorship and patronage of terrorist groups were to be properly investigated. But that amounts to precisely the same requirement as discovering and publishing proof that the troubles in Afghanistan are due to Pakistani stooges, or that the troubles in Kashmir are due to a massive campaign of subvention by the intelligence services.
Thats just conspiracy
