How can surveillance parties do their job without surveillance equipment? There should be centralized command equipped with drones to keep an eye out on areas with active insurgency.

In Balochistan, so far we have relied on HUMINT network, members of the public, former fighters who surrended to govt, CIs, are used to gather information on the movements of the militants in the region.
It is for this reason, all lot of commonners & former fighters have been killed by the terrorists, just for this reason.

Had the situation been reveresed the Iranians would have put the blame on Pakistan.

Either way Balochistan needs a major operation. Quetta has witnessed far too many attacks in recent months and CPEC can never truly kick off if such incidents keep occuring in the province.
