You'll never see Iranians mistreating Arabs. You can ask Iraqis in Iran, or Iraqi POW's during the Iran-Iraq war. So there goes your racism-claim.
We just don't like Persian Gulf Arab regimes.
I have a bright idea which has never been thrown out here in Arab-Iranian threads. Wait for it.... how about no war against either side??
That would be ideal, but it depends on US and its alies - they are pushing very hard to subdue all oil-rich countries, and Iran is a grand prize in their eyes. The biggest oil/gas resources in the World, great strategic location, big population, etc.
If Iran would fall, imagine what US could do to China, its next target. All major oil exporters in the region would be in US pocket, and China doesnt have its own, blockade would be more devastating than currently on Iran.
Surely the US could not accomplish all this without a little Iranian help. If Iran wouldn't be so stubbornly committed to building nukes (although I believe they probably already have them and further more every country has a right to nukes) then the US would have no good reason to attack Iran. Also I do not think a ground invasion of Iran is even a possibility but yes toppling Iran would squeeze China AND India because it would make both countries tow a more pro US line for the sake of resources.
Lets recap: what nuclear bombs in Iraq? US found plenty of fake reasons to attack anyway. How is that any different for Iran? They didnt had nuclear bombs in 1953 either, and yet US overthrew Iran's democratic government to install puppet regime.
US tries to repeat that for decades now, just Iranians are so fed up with being ruled by genocidal British regime, and then by Shah, that they would rather suffer difficulties or even war, than to become puppets. I respect that about them, and its one of the main reasons I'm here.
The US public was still emotionally reeling when Iraq was invaded so they did not ask many questions however I can testify to the fact that people here are sick of war. Some are even becoming hostile to the Zionists for their war mongering but it does not help that Iran's generals and leaders release statements every so often antagonizing the situation.
Its easy to get US public emotionally reeling - another 9/11, done.
Lets not forget there were wars after Iraq too - Libya (all fake reasons to attack), illegal drone wars, now attack on Syria (fake reasons), and public preparation for war against Iran. If few years ago only 25% supported attacking Iran, after intensive propaganda now 50+% support such war.
Dont underestimate warmongers, they'll attack their chosen country with or without public support, as we see from the history - they dont need any legit reasons as well.
France had more to do with Libya being attacked than the US, drone wars are obviously agreed to behind closed doors, and Bashar sealed his on fate when he started killing his own citizens in droves. Like I said Iran also spreads its own share of propaganda but hopefully a war is not on the Horizon (unless Romney gets elected).
We should indeed establish serious diplomatic talks with the Americans. I agree with Ashgarzadeh on this:
king mamba, what do you think of the election?romney or Obama?
Libya - doesnt matter which of alies had more input, US was a big player too. Reasons of attacking - fake as usual, and US public was brainwashed too.
Drones - Pakistan isnt very happy, and nobody probably even asked African countries what they think about it. fact remains, what US does is 100% illegal extrajudicial killing.
Syria - same as the 1st point, West public is brainwashed about "evil Assad", while killing of peaceful demonstrators never happened. Even you got hooked by that lie, sorry to say it. Same as people in the West are brainwashed about Iran, and its "evil plan" to "wipe Israel off the map" with nukes.
