Gulbarg Massacre: Ehsan Jafri's Firing Was Catalyst For Mob, Says Judge

The mob had gas canisters, petrol and swords with them when they arrived.... Even if he had not fired, I very much doubt the mob would have dispersed. Even after Jafri was killed, the mob continued to slaughter people and what of the brutal gang rapes of 12 of the women in the compound? They were there to engage in sadistic pleasure and murder.
I'm glad the courts saw that.
I hope India never has such incidents again.

.
he should offer tea and biscuits to mob so they can go home . what abut other hundreds of victims did they fired on mob also ?

. . .
Any link for this accusation?

The attackers were pulling out the girls

It was between 3.30-4.30 p.m. that 10-12 women were first raped, then cut into pieces with guptis, and then thrown into the fire.

Four of them, Mansinh Jain, Lakhan Singh, Dinesh Sharma and Yogendra Singh, were also charged with gang rape and murder of two women.

First link...

For an article which goes into much detail has only 3 references about rape, only one with some detail about who the victim was. How 10-12 women are reduced to only one victim.

"The 10-12 women among the victims were brutally gang raped."

"It was between 3.30-4.30 p.m. that 10-12 women were first raped, then cut into pieces with guptis, and then thrown into the fire."

"It was Lathia who tore the clothes off the niece of one eyewitness, raped her and then killed her."

Second link says gang rape and murder of two women.

Four of them, Mansinh Jain, Lakhan Singh, Dinesh Sharma and Yogendra Singh, were also charged with gang rape and murder of two women.

here is what the judgement says ...

Convicts Yogendrasinh Shekhawat, Lakhnasinh Chudasama and Dinesh Prabhudas Sharma were found guilty of murdering two women and two children. Shekhawat and Chudasama had also been booked for rape, but the court dismissed the allegation.

The court said that witnesses’ testimonies “are not sounding realistic or truthful”.

Don't people understand the difference between firing to defend themselves and mob type killings for no reason at all? Even in something like Gujarat some people are trying to shift blame onto the muslims.

.
Judge is a moron.

How? Ehsan jafri not only risked his life by firing at the mob but he was directly responsible for the death of 64 others.

A sane person would never do that. Only a fool who couldn't realize that the mob was higher in count of the bullets in his mag.

Judge is right...

Just like you "shifted" from UP. Right?

Thank you for an unbiased opinion

Very unfortunate, the trigger happy Jafri lead to the killing of other innocent around him.

.
shame on us as it happened in India not so long ago...Sikh massacre and then this...I know in both cases few ppl from that community were at fault but the repercussions were too harsh to the democracy!

. .
there is no reason to believe that Mr Jafri and his family would have been spared.. the firing might have made the mob angrier but their fate depended on how fast police could arrive... they were dead either way..
we can ignore the observation of the 'honourable' judge..

So first they found that there was no political conspiracy and now this (the mob just gathered there for chai-biscuit without any pre-planned motive and spontaneously killed 60+ people due to the firing). Expecting a clean chit to Amit Shah in the murder case soon. :)

No what court found that eye-witnesses had selective amnesia about firing from the Ehsan Jafri's house. Messiahs of secularism wanted Modi's head they were not interested in getting justice for these victims. When their BS is called out by the court, we have the usual suspects crying foul. I buy the story that Jafri fired in self defence but then why the eye-witnesses had to ignore this fact while giving their testimony?

Sir, the judgement made no sense to this evil sickular and that's what I pointed out. Let's accept that he did fire but even then the fact that the court declared it a spontaneous act of violence made no logical sense to this libtard. Maybe it was due to lack of evidence but I find it hard to accept that there was no pre planned conspiracy and they just killed scores of people just because of the firing.

Why did the eye-witnesses made a conscious effort to hide the firing incident?
