Bhanghi means a stoner who usually too busy doing drugs to look after his appearance and hygiene. so anyone who looks like they havent bathed or looks scruffy and messy can be called a Bhanghi.
Mirasi means an actor. someone who loves to entertain people by doing acting, dancing or making people laugh generally. mothers will call their sons mirasi if they are acting up or showing off.
