Easiest thing ever. Major General Nawabzada Sher Ali Khan Pataudi. Strategist par excellence but destroyed us after he became the Minister of Information and Broadcasting when in 1969 he brought a revolution in our textbooks with the introduction of the "ideology of Pakistan" and the whole Hindu clever banya thing and that work has laid the basis for our bigoted textbooks since then. The whole 1969-71 thing under him was disastrous including role in convincing Yahya about Searchlight. It is ironic that a very irreligious man introduced the super mixing of religion with history in our textbooks. Also Ayub did not want a real thinking general as the CnC and brought Musa by superseding him and Latif as far as I remember.
