GSLV to soar into sky with crew capsule in June

It will be an experimental mission and it will carry no astronauts. This crew capsule will return to the earth with parachutes.

Why don't they put Mulayam Singh Yadav and Azam Khan into that empty capsule, never to return to Earth? That would be the biggest favour DRDO can do to this country!

I read somewhere that instead sending our own satellites ISRO have priority to foreign satellite, not seems good.
