Grid being set up to import electricity from India

You're quoting old figures from 2007-2008. When Pakistan had 54% access to electricity, India had 56%:

Electrification by Country 2007/2008 - Country Rankings

I think you didn't get my words. First of all in 2011, Pakistan total electricity shortfall was 53% causing up to 12 hours load shedding in cities and 20 hours of load shedding in Villages( I read that news in Pakistan newspapers) and most of the textile industry being facing crisis. So it is really disputing the claim you are making about per capita electricity consumption in Pakistan.

I myself live in Bangalore, we never have load shedding more than 2 hours/day. Between 2006-2011 Indian government invested $160 Billion on power sector only.

Pakistan would much rather import electricity from a country like Iran that is a huge energy exporter & high electrification rates (98.5%), unlike India which is a net energy importer & has electrification rates similar to Pakistan.

.
According to World Bank data, India has 66.3% access to electricity (%), whereas Pakistan has 62.4% access to electricity (%):

Access to electricity (% of population) | Data | Table

Not too different, right?

There is a difference in % population access to electricity (penetration) and shortfall (supply vs demand). If you are able to supply electricity to a village for 1 hour in a day, it gets counted in the access to electricity %

I have given you data from 2011 about per capita electricity consumption in both countries, & they are similar. You are free to live in your delusions.

Answered above.

What delusion buddy. I have all right to ask. After all you never provided any authentic link. May be your link is something like rupeenews.

Because news of 12-20 hours load shedding is not a lie.

Why are you spamming your posts? I have already answered it on Post # 34.

Well buddy, that's too is 2008 data, I was talking about the 2011, the present case where Pakistan has shortfall of 53% and 12-20 hours load shedding. And the figure shows electricity consumption actually decreased from last year's data.

Also, Unlike 50% of all railway track lines in India uses electricity for running trains on which 18 crore people travel daily, that's too is missing in Pakistan. So, I think Per Capita consumption is vague and incomplete.

I think this stupid gov should think about India and Indians before any others here in gurgaon we are facing power shortage since long

At least take care of big cities like gurgaon.

sending power from wagah to gurgaon isn't viable, very high transmission losses.
better to send it over to PK and earn

Well buddy, that's too is 2008 data,

I've also given you 2011 data from the IEA:
