Although I'm not a fan of Erdogan, however, this move will be perceived as a threat by Republic of Turkey. Turkish people rarely forget, and this particular move by Egypt in the backdrop of gas-games in the Med will imprint on the psychology of Turkish people.
Whatever the case, Turkey is a military behemoth, Egypt + Greece are totally irrelevant from the PoV of Turkish threat perception!
A military behemoth without a carrier battle group is no true behemoth. Turkey from an Egyptian pov does not represent a conventional threat.

Nothing, Egypt has taken part in numerous large scal joint EX this year and will host Op Bright Star in 2016. Doubt Turkey has any opinion on that, just like Egypt.
