For someone who has started from the hills of Rajouri/Poonch, grew up in the streets of parade in Jammu, then matured in central, south and west India - i can tell you with some confidence mate.... If Omar Abdullah is worried about article 370 , just because J and K is is mentioned in Indian constitution on the basis of this article, describing it as a part of India, then do an amendment on this article simple. Still J and K will be mentioned in Indian Constitution.

You have a really wrong idea about Indian situation. There is no Indian 'immigrants'. We will simply move in to the state and equally invest as Kashmiri businessmen do in India. Not to mention that half the Kashmiri population (pandits, sikhs and buddhists) are displaced because of communal violence by the muslims of the valley. This has to be changed. ARTICLE 370 was simply a design to make Kashmir another economic-avers, dolanomic-habituated state.

And that is what is created joblessness in Kashmir. This is what has frustrated the people there. No jobs, no money, limited affordability, mullaism and the cycle keeps repeating.

Historically, BJP never won a single seat there but this time, it is equal to the largest party in the state. Why? Because people want jobs, money, house, peace, prosperity, education and healthcare.

Jihad cannot fetch that. Only death, misery, pain, poverty and frustration.

Historically, many things were different. And if you didn't know, Kashmir valley is not exactly the coldest place in India. Ladakh, my state Sikkim, Himachal and Uttarakhand especially near the border are far more ruthlessly cold. Does that mean that we are not living here?

We are living here and happily so. Today due to modern facilities, a lot can be changed. Heaters can replace bonfires. So that is not a problem.

Oh and the Hindus didn't migrate to Kashmir. They existed always before your religion was even born.
