this is a common issue of cable news especially in south asia in order to attract viewers to their shop and overshadow competitors they do these acts

The media is out of control in South Asia. This is what happens when the media becomes too commercialized and there is no count of the channels. Quality goes down the drain and ratings become the sole purpose. There needs to be some sort of control in place which can assure a code of conduct. The likes of PEMRA just don't cut it.
