You can punish the recent past but not the very very past. If only someone is hanged under article 6 for stealing people's mandate, no Pakistani would ever try to rig the election next time!

I actually supported the electrol reforms demand of Ik which was genuine demand to stop rigging in coming election.he should have concentrated on it instead of going for overthrowing current government through dharne civil disobedience or shut down call etc
