. . . . .
I have a question who develops all these projects in Pakistan especially in Lahore and Punjab? Who in Pakistan builds roads and highways and also power plants??? In India all this is done by provate industry, govt is slowly being kicked out of development. Thas why things are now happening more quckly and with high quality. Why Pak doesn't do something similiar, if they think their govt is soo dam corrupt.

Hmmm.....well bulk of the task is accomplished by NLC (National Logistic Cell) and FWO (Frontier Work Organization, under military non combatant staff control) & some private industry is involved too, but corruption is there in the granting the funds, private level built infrastructure etc.........

Corruption in releasing the funds seems like termite for both Pakistan & India.
