Govt issues NOC, Raheel Sharif departs for Riyadh to lead Islamic Military Alliance

Happy for Gen. Raheel Sharif, but I find something fishy here. Saudi King is a friend of Nawaz Sharif and calling him to Saudi Arabia when there is so much political instability in country may not be a favorable decision for Pakistan. Whereas, Gen. Bajwa is appointed by Nawaz himself so we can witness an absence of threat to the PM from his side. Just sharing my opinion, indeed Allah knows best.
May Allah grant us all prosperity and success. Aameen.

according to constitution of Pakistan Chief of Army has to be appointed by P.M G.H.Q give names of 3 senior generals out of which 1 is selected so either ganja like it or not he had to select from the names given by G.H.Q secondly General Raheel was no way near to politics so his presence in country was not issue and don't take General Bajwa lightly he doesn't talk much but his actions speaks for him.

Dear Sir both Wahabism and Shiaism are root cause of sectarian violence throughout Muslim world and this sectrarianism is on one hand being financed by Western powers and on other hand being spread due to dumb rulers of so called Islamic estates. ( which in reality are sectarian estates).

The Afghan war is only an excuse for sectarian violence and to condemn only Saudis but Iranis are also fully involved in it. Ref: Uzair Baloch connections with Irani Intelligence, 2) Confession of a terrorist came few days back on media.
List of terrorists of both sides may be found from Govt officials if someone is so ignorant about both sects/sides involvement in Pak sect violence.

The problem is hypocrisy and arrogance of some shias over here...When Syrians were getting butchered, with the help of Iranians and Assad....many Pakistani organizations started calling to go in Syria and save Syrians but we as a state decide not to....everyone accepted that and respected decision....Now, if we have decided to become head of this alliance, the parties not in favor of this decision, should also accept that instead of threatening in subliminal voice....

Pakistan has killed sunni extremists...Pakistan won't do injustice when it comes to Shia extremists as well...

The majority of people in Pakistan are Hanfi-Sunnis having moderate views and though have relations with both Wahabi and Shias but not agree with all of their views.
So first of all thanks to Almighty the estate of Pak can't be tilted easily towards any side. Pakistan should take steps as per own interests, the sylabus taught in religious institutions of both Wahabi and Shia should be scrutinized by Govt. Similar is case with Wahabi Mosques and Imam Bargah's of Shias in the country.

The followers of both sects should realize that they are Muslims and Pakistanis first then comes sect. If u don't consider anything right being taught by Sect based scholar this does not mean you will be expelled from Islam untill and unless you defy basic beliefs of Islam.

Our country should stop giving excuses for our acts either to Iran or KSA and take free decisions. In the past many decisions of Pak govt were not welcomed by Arabs and now Iran opposing Raheel Sharif's appointment.

Many Irani leaders in the past advocated unity of Ummah on one hand and on the other side we have examples of Syria, Behrain and worst of all Lebanon.

The allied forces are clearly acting against Houtis and ISIS then how the hell Iran is being threatened. Even Mr Raheel himself explained that if he accepts the command he will go for reconciliation between KSA and Iran.

Instead of opposing Iran should accept Raheel's appointment with open mind and should welcome Pak Govt/ Raheel's future actions for peace in Muslim world.
The main aim on one hand should be to safeguard interests of Shia population on one hand and on other side these areas should not be used as launchpads for Shia revolutions in the Arab areas.

I think shia of Pakistan are the most peaceful people , who still facing terrorism and dying in the name of extremism. Plus, Pakistan founding father and person who made biggest deposit in State of Pakistan was shia too, due to his money hundreds of govt employees get paid for years. Hanafi sect is branch of Suifism ( Imam Hassan A.S). But, yes Hanafi was majority in Pakistan. Don't know how much population sill follow the fiqh of Imam Abu Hanifa.
