Indeed I'd like to add my personal experience with this when I met a driver from Balakot who drives jeeps for transporting tourists. He told us about how his daughter had a very rare condition causing her to be very very sick. He said his daughter was only able to get medicine and other needs due to the development of the healthcare system by PTI and lauded Imran Khan for his efforts in the healthcare sector which he says has changed the state for the good in that regard.

Amazing thing to note is that KPK is now competing with Punjab in terms of quality of government services whereas the crown jewel of Pakistan Karachi is no where to compete with.

Not sure what Karachiites are supposed to do, we tried boycotting elections by having very low turnout, we tried electing a local party to represent us (MQM, they turned out worse) and now we tried electing a national party (PTI, they can't look beyond Punjab). There is no other option for Karachi. Just have to suffer, meanwhile establishment enjoys the billions that are earned from there.


It's sad that even ex-FATA now has Rescue 1122 but no such facility in the largest city in the country. Thanks to PTI and establishment we are left to the mercy of PPP waderas.
