Not the good solution in the long run...military action will create for "shaheeds" for MQM.

In my opinion,
1-The control of karachi city should be completely handed over to MQM, their right to collect bhata should be accepted.
2- MQM is involved in target killings of pakhtuns because they are under demographic pressure. To solve this only those pakhtuns who are having domiciles should be allowed to stay, rest should be kicked out.
3- Military action against no go areas like lyari and sohrab goth.
4- Ban on ANP (Karachi wing) and aman commitee.
5- karachi as separate province

Can you find any relevance between the situation in Karachi during Musharraf's rule and this PPP one and now Mr.Nawaz ?

The quick answer is ' No ' . Musharraf didn't arm and strengthen MQM , he controlled and put a leash of them and made them govern the city hence you saw the development that happened during his period . Why Musharraf though chose to be with MQM and not the Mullahs ? Because the party despite being involved in various criminal and terrorist activities is still to a large extent liberal and secular . Here , it maybe interesting to note that MQM is just a part of problem , it isn't the whole problem in itself despite being a major factor in the prevailing lawlessness in the city today , there are other factors too .

In my opinion it was PPP led by zardari who made MQM and ANP fight with each other.....people's party along with sindhi nationalists want these two "outsider" communities fight with each other.
Both mohajirs and pashtuns need to realize that they are dependent on each other, their economic interests doesnt collide.

Where there is Cancer(MQM) in the body , you cant help to cure it with aspirin , you need to reduce the canceled & cut the infected part out .. it will not be present & it will hurt a lot .. but it will save your life .
