Btw, Chief Justice declared that the Balochistan government has lost its constitutional authority over 20 days ago. He does not command an army, he can just pass judgments which have to be fulfilled by others in the government.

First of all be mindful of the language used wrt the esteemed and honorable judges of Pakistan - as it is required to do so BY LAW and not something left to anyone's personal volition or opinion.

About blaming Pak military - as far as memory serves he has only pointed out to the gross misconduct of certain military and intelligence personnel and has never given the sweeping statements you accuse him of.

His reprimand came wrt to missing personnel where when pushed to PROVE cases against people held without trial and subjected to extreme torture, the intelligence personnel FAILED to prove the allegations. It turned out they had made mistakes and were now just holding people in jails to hide their gross misconduct.

The entire world works under the concept of free and fair trial. If ISI wishes to pursue militants, it should improve its processes and collect evidence, do their CSI work and present them in the court.
