For energy exports to China and Europe Iran may, China will become the central hub of route transit and CPEC will technically cater to the needs of both Chinese trade and the trade of countries which will use China's OBOR for trade boost.

The talks of industrial cooperation, inviting foreign investors to set up factories and benefit from geographical location of the port is all nonsense?

it is a Good Decision. Central Asian should join CPEC in order to import and export for their Landlocked Countries.. this should be the next step to attract EU and Russia as well to invest in industrial zones of CPEC.

Intentions don't much they should invest in logistics and other services and made to be seen that they are part of the CPEC

Toll tax will be the main benefit to Pakistan. Only rich country like China will invest besides paying toll. As more countries join CPEC, the amount of toll tax will increase.
