Sounds like typical fox news engineered propaganda. I would not be surprised or upset if Pakistan did rank high for terms like sex or ****, but ranking so high on horse and animal sex without the normal ones first seems seriously dodgy. And despite ranking so high for these terms, not a single Pakistani city is shown as the origin, where as Indian cities rank number one, should also ring alarm bells.

The fact that Fox news would use this to damage a countries reputation doesnt surprise me either. They are more of a mud slinging corporation than anything. But I hope Pakistanis call them out on this. The data is seriously dodgy here and the allegations of child pornography is a trademark mudslinging technique for the west, and this should be met head on with these twisted devious creeps.

the point here is, its not that Pakistan is first or second in web searches. It is even a matter of lesser significance that India or USA or UK is high on these search terms.

The USA has been a free society and the state does not indulge in controlling the private actions of individuals (There are definitely some moral police in the name of evangelists etc) but its never been a matter of importance.

However, in terms of Pakistan, there has been quite an uproar not too long back about facebook and youtube showing blasphemous material.

These results show that it the Pakistani society is quite open to atleast some of these material and that is actually FINE. its a normal growing population. Once the younger generation reaches the mid 50s, they will start googling more for peace, retirement or maybe even religion. But now, since most of Pakistani population is young, searches like this are natural.

But definitely, banning of facebook and youtube for "providing" balsphemous material was a bit too harsh.
