Hi Everyone!!

I have been a member of defence.pk since October 2007, and I have had a great time debating with you guys.
Sometimes it has been friendly, sometimes it has been hostile, but it has nearly always been fun.

I am leaving this forum for some time, since I have to concentrate on other important things. I hope to be back some day, and resume this dialogue.

I extend my best wishes to Webby, Asim, Neo, Agno, Mastan Khan, Roadrunner, Energon, Jana, Malang, Bhangra, Salim, Dimension, Mujahideen, Samudra, Kent, Su-47, Always Neutral, Astra, Batman, Bushroda, Bull, Solid Snake, and the other members here who I may have left out.

I also extend my congratulations to the Administrators and Moderators for maintaining high standards and the no-nonsense policy of this forum. I myself have been guilty of getting carried away by emotions, but it has made me a better debater, a better speaker, and a better thinker.

Here's wishing all of you the best in your endeavors.

Well you know, it takes a lot of time and effort to contribute effectively.
I will be involved in some university projects, and they will most likely take up all my free time, so I won't be spending hours poring over the history and politics of the subcontinent.

Besides, my a** is growing rather large, sitting in front of the PC for so many hours. I have a couple of trekking/climbing trips lined up this year, and I want to concentrate on getting my stamina up to 2006 levels.

I know exactly what you mean about "contributing effectively". I think I have learned more about Pakistani history on this forum than I did through twelve years of school - I don't know how many trips I made to uni. library to refresh my memory, and find new references... half a dozen windows open on my PC on the same subject...

Best of luck.. now if only I could kick the habit till the end of the semester...
