Maybe there was an agreement maybe there wasn't, but to the outside world we were being bombed regularly by the US without any repercussions. As for your question about why they havn't invaded Pakistan because they are losing in Afghanistan, the answer is in the question, because they are losing there. Was an agreement in place. Pakistan didn’t have its own drone tech then, but has managed Alhamdulliah in-house to a okay vechile! Of it’s own . And Chinese , Turkey are available to us if we wish to buy them. The war in Afghanistan continues. American losses in men and material are carrying on nicely
