First of all he should be a Indian to even consider joining RSS.He is not,he was busted long time ago.

Need to introduce MMA style fighting systems,Operating Ham radio and walkie talkie systems,Shooting sports should be included.

Even without Weapons these cadres are physically fit.....and most of the youngsters joined RSS....also tried for Police and armed forces....i remembered during Agra riots in 2007 ... these cadres saved many girs when rioters attacked girls govt. School ....coZ most of the rioters were fat slobs...who can't even run a mile.

Start with Air guns bhai, BB guns are perfect for use as Handgun shooting,Those who have excelled in shooting can be sent to shooting real guns.It will also produce many good shooters for Olympics.
Air guns don't need licence.
