How are they defying the laws when posting something on their personal facebook? It's not like muslims don't do it. A lot of muslims living in the west make plenty of statements saying that western women are whores and what not, how islam is the only true religion and that sort of crap. There are actual groups called ShariaforUK, ShariaforSweden etc etc who openly espouse killing of the locals and rape of local women.

The fact of the matter is that such warnings will not decrease the hate. Those who were going to post hateful comments on Islam will now simply do that behind anonymous accounts, use VPN etc, make their public facebook profiles go private.

Irrelevant. It's West's fault if they don't have, or otherwise, don't enforce discriminatory laws.
The UAE does, and social media is not your personal webpage, everyone can see what you post. It is public.

Such warnings won't decrease hate? Mind you, UAE is very different compared to west, if you have ever been to Dubai. Their law and order policy is very simple; if you break the law, you're deported and sent back, or heavily fined, and no one can show authority in front of the police who handle with professionalism.

They aren't being discriminatory, they're just enforcing their laws to curb hate. If it won't stop hate, don't worry, they will hit the source and send the person back. The only reason you think this is discriminatory is because Muslims in Gulf don't abuse Hinduism.

Religion should always be a private affair of an individual.So i agree no one should ever abuse anyone's religion,and emirati officials are perfectly within their rights to deport such miscreants.
But politics wise,the hype about arabs threatening india is laughable.Arabs are too lightweight.Their oil based economies are on the verge of collapse,and will collapse in 1-2 decades maximum anyway.Anyway they desperately need india to buy their oil,since USA no longer buys,China is also diversifying with russian oil and gas.

PM Khan kept telling the world about Fascist regime and the threat it posed to all religious communities and not just Islam but countries were too busy looking at billion population for their own gains.
