But the SC struck it down because it wants to safe guard its own interest.

Nabil, I too didn't check this thread because I don't think I remember seeing it. I wasn't on the internet a good part of the day. Of course I condemn this rape by a person who is supposed to be a guardian of the law. His years of being in the police force didn't seem to have disciplined him enough and he seemed to have thought that since she had been gangraped she won't mind being raped again. Why should I defend such mentality ?
