1. The 104 phone calls between the couple invoved in Hathras is proof enough of their love affair.

2. CBI intervened because the ACCUSED asked for a fair CBI investigation since the local police was under pressure due to "dalit politics".

3. In Unnao the CBI was called by the UP govt. since their own MLA was involved. It was Yogi who asked for a CBI inquiry. But even before CBI arrived, the accused MLA was already in Jail.
