Hathras case is a prime example of how your system works.

PS: For those of you who dont know Hathras case, a low caste girl was raped and killed by higher caste Hindu's and than the system worked to burn the victims body soon after the rape/murder. Than the whole system works to protect the upper caste rapists by threatenning the victims family while CM UP wont let the opposition meet the victims family.
