Gilani disqualified as PM: SC

Only Hamid Khan of PTI presented arguments in the case against speaker's ruling.

When did law become supreme in Pakistan? If that were the case, then, the population of Pakistan would have been 180million - 100million = 80 million (rest would have all been executed - mostly people of one province, I dare not name the province :D)

This whole thing has less to do with the law being supreme than vendetta being the law of the land!

Law is above everything including 'Continuity of Government and democracy'.

Very bad news for democracy.
First time in the history Pakistan, Prime minister was near to complete 5 years term.
There should be continuity of the government.
Sudden change in government creates panic and worth situation for the investor.
This is very bad that supreme court announced political decision in the favor of Nawaz Sharif Party.
No bright future for democracy.
Next party is Nawaz sharif:
Then again slogan and abuse to Nawaz sharif. Again dismiss of government.
This process will continue.
I am never in favor for the PPP, but Supreme court should remain in Limit and should not become Nawaz Sharif party.

Completely disagree.
Bad government cannot be allowed to survive for even an extra day.
No one in Pakistan is confused, everyone and their dog knows the game that is being played and the people are just waiting for elections to kick these criminals out. Otherwise things might be even worse with people rioting.

And you know what else keeps investors out?
Corruption and Bad governance!

If the government was found violating laws then it should be kicked out, no ifs ands or buts.

beray beray beghayrat dekhain hain but I hate this dude Fawad Chaudry

He is saying ke Wazeer-e-Azam is still the Prime Minister and parliament will decide if this Supreme Court's decision has any value or not

4 names are under consideration

Makhdoom Shahab ud Din, Ch Ahmed Mukhtar, Hina Rabbani Khar and one more forgot his name

In that case the "malvees" will have a hard time focusing on the issue that they will be talking with her :D

Also she should be careful from the emergency government meetings that may be announced at night. :D

I got your point..... But when law should be above everything and it should start from the top.....Great Decision by SC. Even if its vendetta it will give a message Dont mess with SC.

The problem is everyone is corrupt, including the CJ!

*Now, who will fill the void from within the PPP?
*Within a couple of months there will be elections, then what?
*What choices do we have (andhon mein konsa kana dhondain /or/ konsa khanzir ganja?

S***w all this!

Ok lets assume he was not disqualified.... Then what ??? election will postpone...??? we will suddenly have 10s of more choices??? Lame excuses. Something happend according to law... If you disagree elect the member who change this law and make it how you like it.

Whoever is going to be the next PM.. their main task would be to protect Zardari.. not running the country! So.. not much hope there for Pakistani awam. Gilani will soon be forgotton & the next man will the scapegoat, while Zardari will be grinning at the background.
