Afghanistan is such a secure country and every inch of that God forsaken land is being observed by their highly capable government, any attack in Afghanistan must have been planned outside of that country.

Today, PM of bhaRAT, Rakhi Savant (aka Moddy), saw blood in his urine. A high level meeting of security agencies was immediately called and after a brief investigation it was unanimously concluded that ISI orchestrated this and was behind the blood in Moddy's urine.
In other news, ISI was held responsible by Prime Minister Rakhi Savant for the ever-growing population in Mumbai slums.
When our correspondent tried contacting RWP, the response was the same we've been getting lately, ...... **** off, we're busy.
