It's a worrying trend (Pakistan bashing) but it's only words said in our 'enemy' country and no nation will act on it no matter how strong or aggressive they are.
The reasons for this are clear, these nations consider Pakistan to be a cause for their grand failure in Afghanistan, the bitter experience causes them to blame Pakistan overlooking their own shortcomings. USSR many times during the 80's threatened and voiced anti Pakistan opinion with it's allies because of our intervention in Afghanistan.
Secondly, by stating this in India or Indian company, they get some share of the money India currently has, abuse the enemy of someone you want to do business with and get quick results. The westerners know that by just saying this, Pakistani obsessed India would glee and be ready to initiate a business deal.
Our spineless leadership is in no position to reply, if it was Musharraf, he would have given a stern reply and made sure nothing is said again.
To stop this regular occurrence, we could do two things, let the west dictate us and we do their bidding in Afghanistan or we play the game silently now, working in the best interest of the country to ascend into a position where others cannot publicly negate our value.
Every dog has it's day, it's just not ours now.
