This is an exaggeration. India hugely exaggerates when it comes infrastructure projects in Sri Lanka. Some members from both countries had this discussion before. I can't remember where.

look at the links i posted.promised 50,000 houses.10000 already done.and second phase has initiated.thats the way it is done.in phases.your country men already jumped to conclusion that india constructed only 10,000 houses.what they dont know is things did not end there.
