Germans are still a puppet for the US. EUR 110 billion means nothing compared to the US (though the Americans always revalue their currency because of global reserve). They have lost all appetite for war and militarization is a taboo subject in the minds of Germans who vote for their government.

They might have shiny new toys and a few regiments might know how to fight due to their NATO deployment, but compared to France which has extensive experience in Africa, UK's bleeding-edge combat experience due to its entire forces participating in every invasion by NATO.

Even if Germany re-arms at lightning speeds, it will take them at least 5-6 years before they can reach anywhere close to outclassing UK and France. Germans won't be able to do anything.
