Yep, that's right what I tell. Nobody said Italy is a 3rd world country or poor. Politically, I pointed out that they have lost their weight in EU and world stage, admit or not.

More than you certainly. Italy hasn't lost anything,it was never the US, China or Russia, nor Germany or France, nor did they ever pretend that.

That is how the world is. I suppose it's all a power trip. Only one can be the big "boss". And USA intends to retain that title. Russians on the other hand are not prepared to play second fiddle and choose their own path. This is most evident inside Syria. The West and Russia are rivals there despite the fact the ISIL represents a threat to both in equal measure. If Moscow tomorrow acceded to US dominance and stood in the long line of countries that make the American world order everything would be cool. But is Moscow prepared to do that? I don't think so.
