The German Telekom has detected a massive cyber attack on chinese Huawei router...according to Telekom more than 100.000 router were attacked and infected. The attacker tryed to infiltrate the systems via the maintenance port. First signs of the build up of a attack on Huawei router were notice in November. Huawei was warned by the IT security company check point and released a warning to customers. According to Telekom the attack was started from a server in Russia and supported from a server in the Neatherlands... both sendet software codes most likely to build up a botnet. Since a attack last year in November the Telekom is extremly carefull and constant scan the web for unusual activity ...last year some 1.25million customers could not use internet or TV after a global attack to instal a botnet...
