See, Germany is facing a lot of pressure from all sides. Even European pressure is almost unbearable now. And even now, they are entertaining, its a big thing on germanys behalf.
And guys who get education from abroad leave country, most of the time forever.
Pakistan should pay attention to produce professionals for her own consumption. I will urge govt to handle manpower to her own benefits.
Whatever Germany is offering is voluntary, and we shouldnt rely on that.
If Germany can be independent, if Japan can be independent, if USA can be independent, so can we.

Unfortunately there is too much poverty and ignorance. First we need to control our population and declare education emergency. Our people reproduce like shad flies. There is still a trend in Pakistan about going to the west and I do not see it stopping, not atleast now with the worse economic situation.

Just look at the reasons why people prefer West, and kill the reasons. But for that, we need a better driving force in Pakistan. Hukumat chahy kaly Chor ki ho, driving force thek hogi tu sb thek hoga.

That's means, when a country is not training your professionals, but gladly taking your professionals, that country or countries wants suck you dry. So Pakistani policy makers better wakeup now.

Same as pakistan shouldnt allow any afghans as students either... Both cant integrate and are non-native.



Again it is a privilege not a right. Its the german sentiment that has changed regarding increased influx of foreigners either refugees, legal immigration, or even students... The people rightly feel that they are losing their countries.

Therefore you have the rise of the Right and Trump... It is a natural reaction to become reclusive and seek comfort in your own kind when faced with foreign alien influxes.

There are not enough engineers to fill the Posts in German comapnies even after hell lot of students from India, China and Pakistan. It is Need of German economy, there are no Courses offered in English where there is no Need e.g Arts etc.

It's a mess man, In cities it is harder to find Germans every where you go Turks, solvakes, Polish, South Asians and now after Refugee mess Arabs. But the Thing is they have such a huge Industry but still require more labour force and vacancies are vacant still so an absolute mess.

Great that Pakistani students are exploring Germany as a destination for higher learning specially in engineering. The Germans produce the best engineers. Also acquiring German citizenship is very hard so invariably the bulk of this talent might return to Pakistan.

Dec 2018 article. One of my colleague got German work visa in May and now sitting in Munich working.



This is the problem. They should atleast open their offices in Karachi and Lahore. Due to their new work visa scheme, there is a huge influx of visa seekers in the last few months only which is resulting in increase of visa obtaining time for every one.

There is a consulate in Karachi that issues visa and it is very easy to obtain as compared to Islamabad Embassy

The reality is our students have made a mess out of appointments. There is a huge lot of ghost appointments that led to this situation.

Germany needs to ban non-white applicant who pollute the social structure and culture of germany.

This is nothing new it has been around since time and memorial. Such approach led to many wars i.e the longest war in history and then the deadliest war in history, genocide of the Jews with the rise of Nazi regime.

This is not the Europe one had hoped after the second world war, with the defeat of Hitler Europeans wanted to prosper by helping one and other hence they created the European Union but in reality the ban on Nazi indicated that the ideology can not be killed and in time this is going to resurface. Today it seems like that it is highly possible that one of the European countries would openly declare. Hope it is not Germany but things are going towards this at a far rapid pace then it was assumed.

German consider themselves as decedents of the Aryan Empire, will they accept Iranians as white? The Northern area of Pakistan has decedents of Alexander hence Greece should consider Pakistanis as whites. Is this going to happen?

German embassy disappointing Pakistani students

Studying abroad has always been the wish of everyone but unfortunately, despite working hard, giving IELTS, GMAT, GRE, SATs, the students get disappointed by the embassy that provides late visa to the students.

Moreover, many students get scholarships and admissions in German universities, and they have the acceptance and admission letter given by the applied universities but still, despite showing it to the German embassies, they are not successful in getting students study visa earlier.

A student, Shahoor Khan, admitted for Master of Science, Natural Hazards and Risk in Structural Engineering in Bauhaus University, said that he got admission letter on May 17 this year but has not received the visa appointment date. He said that earlier this gap was around 3 months, but now it has stretched to six months. They said that a student admitted in Master’s program has to wait for 6 to 7 months for visa appointment from embassy while, a bachelor student has to wait for around eight months. Students said that if it could be reduced to 3-4 months, most of the candidates would be able to get appointment just in time.

Nevertheless, a huge number of students, who have acceptance letter from the university, raised the matter on social media as the embassy was issuing the visa appointment dates after the date of joining the relevant Universities in Germany.

Students are much worried about this; hence their dream to study abroad are being crumbled despite burning midnight oil. I request the press section of the embassy of Germany in Pakistan to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible because it is the matter of one’s future.

why dont they just go and study in Chinese Universities instead, these western country are not worth it when u have better options available!

Students going to Germany have hardly ever ended up as cab drivers. ...Germany and some Scandinavian countries have students who actually come to study and integrate over time.

Yes, but many of them are going their and abusing the system. As soon as they arrive they go to migration camps created for refugees and seeks accommodation, food and medical from there.

They are abusing the privilege that has been given to them.

Such people should be denied this privilege coz our fingerprints and biometry is taken so it shouldn't be hard to send such people home and banned to apply to EU as a whole this will make one think twice....

University should not be an immigration pathway.. the ones who graduate university end up applying for immigration!!!

Why shouldn't it? Many of the German uni are subsidised meaning the tax payers paid for part of the education in the form of subsidies. ..why shouldn't that same person pay back through working for that country and if enough time spent and taxes filled why shouldn't he apply when he is legible? He or she is a legal immigrant and such is the way how immigration should actually work

Coz students learn from their environment and peers how to fit in...being in uni they will even move towards taking the language courses while those who work will only consider it if forced....students are actually best immigrants

That is the crux of the problem.... Immigration is not a right. It is a privilege provided by the native population. If that population feels immigration is no longer favorable for their country (due to many reasons)... They do not have to offer it.

Yes, but then they shouldnt offer it...

There is job hunt visa available for Germany, so I dont think native population is closing anything...But making it hard for a certain population is called discrimination which EU as per their laws shouldnt be doing in any form!
