I don't know how true my statement is but as far as I have analyzed I have seen that Muslims who lives in western countries tend to be far more agressive and radical than the Muslims living in muslim majority countries. Why is that?

Russia is a massive country and economically less stable then Germany, don't forget the terrorists in Russia are well armed and trained from decades of conflicts in the Caucasus. These Salafists are probably ex drug dealers and pimps who suddenly found religion. Hopefully Germany is taking steps to make sure ISIS fighters don't create underground cells who can then go and threaten German people.

Old incident from 2014. These guys are basically impotent people. Not able to find a proper job with their intelligence. I know its hard to find a job without knowing German. There should be a limit of liberal values in these places where future liberalism is at risk. Starter is no promotion of Salafi verbal diarrhea, No loud speaker used by mosques outside, total ban on niqab. If some of these basic tasks are done, they wont expect more. Or they will keep on expecting one after another creating a social rift, putting at risk other Muslims. Germany is somewhat successful in these tasks and putting some intelligence in them by educating them in German language.
