Every officer in Pakistan Army , General , Brigadier , Colonel , Major , Captain , Lieutenant starts off as a Cadet in the Military Academy , all are part of the same Army. Posts in the Army get rotated , even the top man ,the Chief of Army Staff , goes when his retirement comes , that's how institutions with traditions and solid foundations work

Can the same be said about political parties ? Nawaz is the de-facto leader of PML-N , even has his own name hyphenated with the party name .. lol .. some democracy this is
