GEO is a corporate entity not a public service utility(unline say BBC). Look at corporate Indian media. Corporate US media(sky tv?). All they want is TRP. Thats what they are there for. You cant blame them. Their behaviour is moderated by country's law, thats all.

sky tv is British corporation not American. Media has a responsibility and the ability to have broadcast live tv with time delay. Corporate media in United states and England can be sued for hate speech broadcast ,not to mention lose their licence or fined millions, Iam sure some kind of law also governs Indian media.

Invitations are sent out to selected people for talk shows,people just don't decide to take a walk to studio for the fun of it. United States some talk shows pay people to be in the audience.
