Generous Saudi comes to the rescue of Pakistani driver

It was an accident then why would he have to pay any blood money. This show how Saudi brothers treat our fellow countryman in their country. Our masters are their servants so indirectly we are their slaves. We should stop this bullshit of brotherhood when our people working their are not getting pay and are treated as slaves. We should seriously realize the nature of relationship between both country.

@PaklovesTurkiye Sir with all your due respect would you kindly explain why Pakistani working in middle east are not given proper right just like in west. Why after working their for decades people dont get nationality but in Europe and USA you do. Isn't this against the teaching of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).

I thought of the same but citing logic to an emotionally charged mob never works. One could also argue the plight of 1000's of Pakistani workers in KSA and 100's of other Pakistani's who have been executed for not being able to pay. While one must also acknowledge this wonderful act of kindness by this great Saudi man, we shouldn't let this overcloud all the bad treatment that is meted out to our fellow Pakistani's there, if we wont back them up no one will. The point is to not hate Saudi's or Arabs but to ask them to respect us, the way we all deserve and not just selected individuals.

“It is not for a believer to kill a believer except (that it be) by mistake; and whosoever kills a believer by mistake, (it is ordained that) he must set free a believing slave and a compensation (blood money, i.e. Diya) be given to the deceased’s family unless they remit it. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (is prescribed); and if he belonged to a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, compensation (blood money — Diya) must be paid to his family, and a believing slave must be freed. And whoso finds this (the penance of freeing a slave) beyond his means, he must fast for two consecutive months in order to seek repentance from Allaah. And Allaah is Ever All‑Knowing, All‑Wise”

No one is perfect. Their country their rules...They haven't given nationality to anyone...Pakistanis are no exemption. Our economy runs on the remittances sent from ME...They have allowed Pakistanis in big numbers...We should be thankful to them rather bitching about it.

Thanks...

Some Saudis are indeed very good and nice people. It should be appreciated. There was no compulsion to help this man and I know how recklessly people drive in Saudi but he came to his aid nonetheless.

We also make fun of Arabic slangs like habibi or what not
LOL...What was that seriously......
Every nation is racist to some extent but what matter is we have good relations with them since our independence.
I never denied that....I said that we have good and bad people everywhere....But what matters is that generalle?most of them they are racist.....For that reason Pakistanis in those countries avoid unnecessary interaction with arabs.......
Nope...Professional Pakistanis go to UAE and KSA as well and in big numbers.

Overwhelming majority of Pakistanis work their as labourers.Point.
Arabs have easy visa policy for Pakistanis thats proof that they are not racists...
Your logic is flawed man....Its the Sauds who have good relations with our politicians and that doesnot necessarily has to be the thing that transitions into general public as well

Why should we be thankful to them...These labourers earn their living their and they do it in very strict and harsh conditions...FYI KSA gets its cheap labour force from Pakistan..SO they should be thankful for it...And rather than TCing them learn some facts

What about bad treatment of Pakistanis buy other Pakistanis in Pakistan? Once we start to love and treat our own people well then the rest of the world will follow. It all starts and ends with us. No point expecting the Saudis to do what we can't ourselves.

However we treat our house members that is not the way we treat our guests, right? It's a common rule prevalent in all cultures. Pakistan is not an ideal state and there lies extreme human rights violations to it's name but that doesn't mean we should allow for others to violate Pakistani's rights else where too...........One such example: Zaid Hamid's unwarranted arrest, what exactly did he do wrong and on which grounds he was arrested? While he enjoyed a bit high profile and was let go, it's no secret that the common people are not so lucky to get away like this.

If we start loving and treating our own well then so will others. Treatment of Pakistanis buy outsiders is a reflection of what we think and feel about eachother.

That is true if the Pakistani government always raised voice over the maltreatment of it's citizens abroad....Things would have been a lot better. But we as individuals cannot ignore that just because the government doesn't care, if Pakistani's will be treated wrongly then some concerned folks who have a heart will rise in their favor be it an internet platform.

Evil Wahhabi!
Exactly sir, I was thinking the same that like every society Arabs have both types of people. I hope we remember this act of kindness by and never give a sweeping statement against the whole nation especially if the statement is not positive. Allah bless that Arab Muslim brother with best of rewards for helping his Pakistani brother :smitten:

Yes exactly not all are similar but most of them.....My experience is of KSA and UAE, and I can tell that generally they are racist...

Thats a long dabate...but long story short most pakistanis that go to ksa, uae, etc are poor people who work there as labourers or do other petty jobs and their reason for going there is simply cheap visa....

Brother look deep inside our country you will find many racists so before pointing out we need to finish this racism in our country where you are judge as a noble family member if you have money and if poor are judge as poor. And no offense to these Labours but we had to beg them to make for us house that also depends on their mode and here in UAE unfortunately they work honestly because of fear

@PaklovesTurkiye Sir what should be we thankful for. They are the main financial supporter of ISIS and they have some what provided arms to rebels in Syria other than that you can look at the situation in Yemen. There country there rule no doubt but we are not beggars sir. People go there and work not beg for money but then the thing comes to what law are to protect the immigrants. None whatsoever. But if you look through the teaching of ISLAM and HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (SAW) there so called rules are against them(social laws and foreign policies). they should be the one to mend the gaps between Shias and Sunni not to make them.
Pakistan as a country not only help develop and train armed forces and a battalion of Army is always present there. you can call these reservations what so ever bitching itching i dont care but please as a human being and Muslim think about there attitude and behavior.

I think blood money should only apply in case of Katal e Khata .............. and not where someone has willfully killed another Muslim.

4:92 and 4:93 Al Nisa

@User then why did an actor help him by giving him money when it was an accident. Just out of curiosity while it was mentioned that it was a traffic accident.
