Great development.

GoP needs to focus on CPEC and bring it to fore... Phase 2 needs to be better managed.

CPEC Command finally taking shape. Great!
I think this current development is more related to Kashmir, Yes CPEC must be part of it, but to me top priority issue would be Kashmir and possible responses to Modi's recent moves.

without blocking smuggling from India, all efforts are a joke.

Kashmir is the reason for CPEC Command. Both are inter-related...
CEPC only can happen if we let kashmirs in IOK starts up, a big armed resistance and then defend our part, thn it will be sure that no one can touch us, no matters what we do or say, but next step of inda and America is to March for AJK and GB for tht both PAK&CHINA has to start up cleaning Indian mess in IOK

This fellow General Xu Qiliang is the real deal. He reports into people like President Xi of China. He is not here for a mere meeting.

Preparations. That is what is going on.

Unlike our PakPosters who either wish to start TotalWar yesterday or some who just wish to surrender... PakState is in preparation for The Struggle.

We live in a HybridWorld...and Our Struggle is also going to be Hybrid.

Warfare is the gravest threat/danger to a nation... so one does many calculations before engaging in war.

In simple terms... Pakistan is sending message where it needs to be sent.. and the audience is NOT GanguDaesh!

This makes perfect sense.
