My date of birth has nothing to do with the topic at hand. (India trains Afghan officers etc. doesnt mean an Indian become a General of Afghan led alliance).
If they hire a retired General to head the Multi Nation Army (of course only a professional with experience would be appointed but there are so many choices available), then there would be no resistance when they recruit soldiers of lowest rank from the country.
Once the feeling of being in coalition Army sinks in may be in future a whole of an Army Division can be moved at some front without much questioning like British Indian Army fought at various places in WW.

Or is it that it is the first stage of getting Pakistani people or Pakistani Army or Soldiers from Pakistan being put in conflict zone like Yemen without any issue ??

Yeah no issues with that doctrine, but who is going to threaten Saudi Territorial integrity if ever, its neighbours mostly Muslims.
Anyways its always not about Territorial integrity but issues like Yemen where Pakistan didnt participate may as much as desired. On the serious note getting General should normally also means getting General's Army. What good a General without his own Army. Getting General's Army will be step two in future, may be.

Seems like Pakistan and RS has finally made a decision to side with Saudis instead of Qatar/Turkey/Iran.

Wrong. Pakistan is resorting to deft diplomacy, it will engage everyone. To even think that Pakistan will go against Turkey is pure lunacy. Turkey and Pakistan have signed defence deals worth billions, the relationship has increased to an unprecedented level. While Qatar is investing in energy projects in CPEC and signed $15 Billion worth LNG deal with Pakistan, last year. Pakistan's focus is SCO, CPEC/OBOR and ECO. In Middle East, Pakistan will always maintain a neutral position and engage all states diplomatically. BTW Qatar and Turkey, both are part of this alliance and this alliance.
