Yes,If he ruled pakistan another 5 year kashmir problem might be solved .Musharraf was the only Pakistani ruler who really tried to make peace with india.After 2003 ceasfire agreement, Musharraf purged all kashmiri militants.Hafiz saeed was thrown out of kashmir. Ilyas kashmiri,masood azhar, salaudin all ran away to Afghanistan after Musharraf's purge.
Now no pakistani leader hav courage to go after these militants.

No Pakistani civilian has courage to go after kashmir militants. He is the only Pakistani leader who kept his promise. After 2003 ceasfire agreement He purged all kashmiri militants. Most of these terrorists ran to FATA and Afghanistan and joined taliban.India Pakistan relationship was very good between 2003-2008. Lot of cricket and people to people contacts all happened in his tenure. But non state actors gained power after Musharraf ousted.then mumbai attack happened .after that all these progress, gone to drain
