Both ...He has a long history of dealing with the terrorists ...in Baluchistan ..he dealt it ruthlessly and also won the hearts of the common people ....he was seen recently inaugurating a sports festival for the people of Baluchistan ....also he was heard on the media saying ' Afghanistan and India are backing the terrorists in Baluchistan' !

Well, it gives fuel to all those "Punjab army" type people if we keep on giving all the top posts to Punjabis. You might not see things in such light, but I believe most people in Pakistan do.

KPK is less than 15% of Pakistan's Population but has 25% of presence in Pakistan Army. Even Sindh has 15% presence. Balochistan and Azad Kashmir represent another 10% and the Balance 50% are from Punjab which is in line with Punjab's Population within Pakistan ( over 53% of Pakistanis are from Punjab ).

KPK is less than 15% of Pakistan's Population but has 25% of presence in Pakistan Army. Even Sindh has 15% presence. Balochistan and Azad Kashmir represent another 10% and the Balance 50% are from Punjab which is in line with Punjab's Population within Pakistan ( over 53% of Pakistanis are from Punjab ).

Sir you ae quoting these figures from years ago..
45% Punjab (including Southern Punjab with its large Baluch n Pathan population).... 30+% KPK,etc ... Even. 20,000 Baluch have joined since the last few years ( recruitment drive)... Although it's surprising how much Kashmiris .. Specially GB make such a large percentage wrt their population...
