1) Kayani - had a COAS after him that seemed to be much less sympathetic toward him than Asim Munir is toward Bajwa

2) RS - got a very lucrative job offer

In the absence of hostility toward him from the current COAS (which, in itself, is telling) and no real offers/options, we are stuck with him here, attending cricket games without even being egged.
