Because most here attack Bajwa and the army out of political reflexes. Not that I know much about this specific case, but almost ALL others commenting vociferously against the former CoAS have no idea either as to what the gravity of the charges and the damage done was and also how true the charges were. One could easily land in trouble by being a bit liberal in what they disclose (while not meaning any harm to the country). This was supposedly the case of the said Lt Gen for being too open with his American interlocutors. But but ...why punish the general for coordinating something with amreeka.....amreeka selects our army chief as per the sultaan raahis here..
But in any case, this thread clearly shows if you give people an opportunity on Bajwa, immediately the frothing at the mouth starts and all sorts of nonsense spills out. Also keep in mind, this very same band was singing his praises for 3 years prior.
If this was something personal between Gen Bajwa and the Lt Gen in question, there were more ways to get the Lt Gen out of the way for a sitting CoAS than to summon a FGCM and send a Lt Gen to RI for whatever the accusations have been.
